Together we build a 90-day action plan with three to five high-leverage priorities. We don't hand you a 40-page document you'll never read. Instead, you get a single-page roadmap with clear owners, deadlines, and measurable targets tied to revenue or margin outcomes.

Bi-weekly momentum sessions

Every two weeks we meet for a focused 75-minute session. We review progress against your targets, troubleshoot obstacles in real time, and adjust the plan based on what the market is actually telling you. Between sessions you have direct access via voice message for time-sensitive decisions.

A single, high-impact day designed for owners who need clarity fast. We spend eight focused hours mapping your biggest constraint and building a concrete plan to resolve it within 30 days. Ideal before a major hire, a product launch, or a pricing overhaul.

Ongoing partnership

Our signature format. Bi-weekly sessions, quarterly recalibrations, and between-session access for six months or longer. This is where sustainable transformation happens — not just a spike in revenue, but a shift in how you think, delegate, and lead your team through complexity.

Leadership cohort

A small-group format (six founders, max) that meets monthly for peer accountability and structured learning. Each session is facilitated around a specific theme — pricing strategy, hiring frameworks, financial dashboards — so you leave with tools, not just conversation.

Before you reach out

A consultant diagnoses a problem and hands you a report. A coach helps you build the thinking and decision-making capacity to solve problems yourself — now and in the future. We do provide strategic frameworks and tools, but our primary job is to develop you as a leader so the business doesn't depend on outside advice forever.

Most of our clients generate between $250K and $5M in annual revenue and have teams of one to thirty people. The sweet spot is founders who have proven their product-market fit but are struggling to scale operations, hire well, or maintain margins as they grow.

Absolutely. While our office is in Laval, roughly half our clients are in other Canadian provinces or the United States. Sessions happen over video call, and the diagnostic phase can be completed entirely remotely. We have also worked with founders in France and the UK who prefer coaching in English.

Pricing depends on the format. The founder intensive starts at a flat day rate. Ongoing partnerships are billed monthly with a minimum three-month commitment. We discuss specific numbers during the clarity call after we understand your situation. Our goal is that the coaching pays for itself within the first quarter through measurable gains.
